“Blank” wine
Ran across the idea for a “blank” wine here (#14) and thought it was a great thing to hold on to for topping off and the like.
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Teabag steeped in a cup of water until cold
- Handful of raisins
- 2 lbs sugar
- 1 gallon water
The author notes that it has very little flavor of its own, but has enough acid, tannin, and body to blend well with just about anything.
